Empowering Through Martial Arts and Fitness

Meet Abrah Delgado.   Abrah's journey into the world of martial arts was ignited by her passion for fitness and guided by her drive to empower others.

Abrah is a  former volleyball player,  athlete,  and fitness enthusiast.   Four years ago, her husband Patrick Delgado introduced her to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and it was love at first roll.

Today, Abrah stands proudly as a 3-striped blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with her sights set on testing for her purple belt in the coming year.   Her dedication and skill in this discipline showcase her commitment to personal growth and allow her to help guide and teach others coming up the ladder in the beautiful sport.  She enjoys competition and proudly representing Fearless in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments.

Abrah's true calling lies in empowering women and teaching self-defense techniques.   She firmly believes that everyone should feel safe and be equipped with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves and their loved ones.   Abrah is actively pursuing her pink belt through the Gracie Women's Empowerment course, demonstrating her dedication to this crucial mission.

Abrah is a dedicated strength and conditioning coach. She thrives on pushing each of her students to their limits and helping them achieve their fitness and martial arts goals.   Her passion for coaching extends to the "tiny grapplers" and kids' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, where she takes pride in watching them grow and develop their skills.   Each day, Abrah finds joy in the progress of her students, knowing she plays a pivotal role in their development.

Abrah's mission is clear: to empower, protect, and inspire, both on and off the mat.
